I wish to inform you that due to a change in my personal circumstances, I will be moving to the family home in the Eastern suburbs. As a result, I will unfortunately be leaving Maxim Street Health Hub. My last day will be Tuesday, 20th August 2024.

If you have been my patient, it has been an absolute priviledge to care for you. Maxim Street Health Hub, the staff and the patients will always hold a special place in my heart.
